Bangor & Aroostook Steam Tender Font

I want to do some Britkits steam loco roadnames for the Bangor & Aroostook RR. The font they used is pretty unique. My closest match is a free font called "smokum." Do any of you have a better suggestion, especially a font with lower case capitals? See the very small example below.

I found this but no information on what this font is so far.
