I have noticed with the latest routes that the assets (CMP ES44AC and NYNH CSX SD40) that the bell comes on automatically when you blow the horn. I like to blow the horn when I play and I do not want the bell coming on all the time. Is there anyway to edit this so the bell doesn't come on every time I blow the horn.

There probably is.... However I would leave the horn files alone, given that the bell coming on when the horn is sounded is only realistic on some locomotives.......

It is probably in the lua script for the engine, but chances are that the script is compiled into a .out file, in which case you're out of luck.
It could also be in the controls section of the engine blueprint.
