This doesn't make a lot of sense, even if the frnce could bearthe weight the poles would be very unstable and dangerous.

Good point, have to admit, wasn't happy with it either, But they are removed! (So don't worry, the employees can do their jobs safe again! *!greengrin!*)

And moving on to the next thing!

A B&M train at their Millcreek Terminal. I don't know why, but i wanted to make a video instead off a picture *!lol!*. The Terminal has seen better day's i guess... The NHT has a track on the right side. The passengers from the B&M can go to New Holland by the NHT, since the B&M goes into the other direction (to Boston). Not all the details are there yet, but this is what iv'e done this afternoon.

I hope it feel nostalgic enough, I wanted to create a station with a "on the end of it's life" feel.

This route looks great! I've been following this thread for a while now.
Just a question,
how many miles of (mainline) trackage will there be in the final route?

Looking good, I'll try to get those stations made tomorrow, or at least one of them.

Also, I'll also get those El Camino's into the sim and sent over.

The NHT route will be somwhere between 30 to 40 miles long, But that's just where i'm aiming at right now. I hope to make the (complete?) B&M Line and some branches in the future too, but that's for later! Need to focus on the NHT part first *!!wink!!*. I'm not sure when i'll do the first release yet. I think there will be a beta when i got the scenery done from New Holland to Millcreek, but I might also continue to work on it till the whole 40 miles are done with scenery...

@ jpetersjr, Thanks, I'll try to finf you some more reference pictures on the internet, I'll send you a PM within a hour of this post *!!wink!!*

Got 2 new screens again, i'm still working on the scenery in Millcreek. I think Millcreek is for 35% done now (well, at least where i'm satesfied with...).

lets first show a litte WIP screen from the Eastern side of Millcreek. Arround Millcreek are lots of farmlands like these. It's not yet done, but this is a good overview what you can expect from such scenery in the route.

Seccond screen shot is taken a bit south, at the B&M railroad bridge over the river.

Well, time for me to go to bed... need to get up again at 4 am tomorrow... (Waaay to early if you ask me!)

A very small update. Haven't been able to do much this weekend, but I did some work on the Southern Part of Mapleton. While the Northern part is almost completed, the southern part is still sort of empty

I hope to give a bigger update next week!

Will be looking forward to seeing it.

But I hate to say but that building right there doesn't look like it's from the 60's, I can tell you right now that it's modern.

Find me a picture of what kind of building you'd like there in it's place and I'll get one put together when I get home from work today.

Just had some time over this day to build a bit on my route and decided to build a bit on New Holland today. (since there is still a huge pile of work to be done there!)

Downtown New Holland also has a bit of freight going to a couple of Warehouses.

Looking really sharp. Glad your route is incorporating the use of signage on the buildings and streets. So many routes come out homogenized. Squeaky clean. No clutter, garbage,or junk cars. Sorry people, that's the real world. Signs are everywhere, especially next to railways and old buildings. Looking forward to running this route, it reminds me of a model railroad layout I once saw. Please continue. !!*ok*!!

Denny you need to learn how to make signs for our virtual world. You're right we need more signs.

Have some junk cars planned, just haven't got around to doing any yet.

Unfortunately in the 60's I don't really think you would have found a rusted out junked 60's cars so the cars have to be older. I'm going to take some of my 37 Chevy Master sedans and turn them into junk, rusted out cars.

As for the 55 Bel Air's I did, after seeing the HSC cars I really don't think they're even close to decent enough quality so I'm going to have to do something else as junk.

Also, today I'm going to try to do a 1950 Buick Riviera for the route.

A car from that era will also come as a rusted out junk car as well.

....Progress, just going to stick this here.

Here's progress of the 1950 Roadmaster, the master of the road.
