I doubt it but you never know. There are a few routes that I wish would be brought up to todays standards.

There is a precedent for it. Donner Pass got an upgrade.

You know in general if the track work is OK it doesn't take a rocket scientist to lay down scenery. Clone a route and then mess around with it. You might just enjoy it.

Looking at all the objects on this route, I'm guessing it's gonna take a toll on the frame rate. Not my kind of route, but it does look great. I'll get this at a later date.

Indeed it is. The New Canaan Branch is the closest thing New England has to an interurban line that is still in operation.

So i just read on engine driver, in the comments section, not an official thing, that the two halves of the NEC will not connect because of the games technology limitations. I'm not totally surprised but it is a little disappointing. I can't help but think of the sheerness branch extension, that would sink right in to the London to Faversham route. Yea it you pretty much need the entire Faversham to London route to enjoy the sheerness branch. I also know that people are gonna wanna buy this, that don't have the original NEC. Im dunno crap about technology like this, but wouldn't it be relatively simple to release one version of the NY-NH as a stand alone, and then do some minor tweaking to coding or whatever, and release another version as an extension to the original NEC? This might have all sounded really stupid, but yeah Im just a gamer, not a content creator

While I admit I know only a little about the specifics of Railworks, I can safely say I know enough to say that it would require basically re-creating the NYP-PHL section in the NYP-NHV route. They can't just select everything in the original NEC, then click copy, then click paste in the new route.
