Those have been there for a few weeks now though, since RSC first announced the Coaster, so I wouldn't use that as evidence of release soon.

Just got info that they are waiting for the licensing to be finalized and sent through, after that it will be released

In the best of all possible worlds, yes. OTOH, a lot of commuter operations use the soapbar cars (as they used to be known), so they can get a lot of mileage out of that basic mesh.
