And other virus' install themselves into the "root" of your hard drive and will still be there even after a reinstall of Windows. Those are the worst, you have to low level format your drive. And that's a total PITA.

Well I'm not doing any restoring or reformatting, especially when i have no present knowledge or experience because this is not my computer it is the Familie's, (which only use for printing things) since they have Smartphones and an Ipad.

OK, then lets get back to the task at hand. Get an anti virus installed, like I suggested Anti Vir, or Avast! and run it. Do a thorough scan, not a quickie. Get Firefox, and those two plug-in's, Ad Block Plus, and Ghostery.

I have avast installed did a complete scan and i already have ad block but not ghostery yet.
