The reason it says Chrome is still running is because, even tho the browser is closed, that virus (on both your PC's I guess) is still running. You need stronger tools.
Malwarebytes is OK, this one kicks booty:
http://www.superantispyware.com/ Now, what anti-virus are you running? It must not have a real time scanner if both your PC's are infected. I use Microsoft Security Essentials, it's free and works great:
