Help?

Every time I use cleaner it says I need to close google chrome and i make sure nothing else is open and it still says that so I go to unintelligible it and it says the same thing so I try to delete it manually but it says I need permission to delete this file ? And I can delete other stuff as an administrator but not these.. help plz? And sorry I am not a tech person I have very little experience !**conf**!

Is Google Chrome closed? You said you made sure "nothing else" is open.

I presume this is CCleaner you want to remove? For Win 7, open Control Panel, go to Programs and Features, click on CCleaner, then at the top Uninstall. Never just remove a program's folder. You MUST use Windows to uninstall a program, there are bits and pieces all over in the Windows Registry and other places. You will seriously mess Windows up without using the correct methods.

Also when some program says something is still running you can hit control+alt+delete and it will take you to program manager. There you can see what programs are running and shut them down if you need to.
