http://www.vistadome.com/trains/amtrak/ ... ge1188.jpg That's the closest I can find. Please note I've never seen a US train. And your right about the numbers but in order to use the auto numbering they were left where they are. It would be easy enough to disable autonumbering and number each coach but that would look better if or when ribbing gets added.

It might require a whole new model. I think it may be easier to do that sort of texturing with the base model.

From what I've heard, it's part of the new Amtrak America campaign. All new equipment (Viewliner II) will be painted with this:

I don't see this as a problem..? Now it just gives us more use for these baggage cars, I mean who needs the passenger views anyways? I'm really loving the Phase 3 too. In fact why not repaint the whole Amtrak fleet into Phase 3?

I am not completely sure that there will be a phase vi quite yet because as you can see, the ACS-64s are rolling out in phase v. I don't know anything for sure, it could be phase v for the ACS and the NEC, and maybe not a phase vi until the P42 replacements are delivered. (Could be the EMD F125 or the rumored GE second generation P42 that will most likely happen)

What trouble are you having ?

To start you make a copy of this Assets RSC F40PHPack01 RailVehicles Passenger Amtrak_phIII BaggageHeritage
you need to rename it so it looks like this Assets RSC F40PHPack01 RailVehicles Passenger Amtrak_phIII BaggageIV
copy the bin file from the download and paste to here Assets RSC F40PHPack01 RailVehicles Passenger Amtrak_phIII BaggageIV
pick your version 1 or 2 and copy and paste the texture file to Assets RSC F40PHPack01 RailVehicles Passenger Amtrak_phIII BaggageIV Textures
For Version 2 only you need to do the following
copy and paste the Logos.TgPcDx file from the download into Assets RSC F40PHPack01 RailVehicles Passenger Amtrak_phIII Coach Textures
copy and paste the BaggageText.TgPcDx file from the download into Assets RSC F40PHPack01 RailVehicles Passenger Amtrak_phIII Baggage Textures
All these last two do is remove phaseIII logos
