Umm, #70 is an MPI MP20C-3. http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/locolist.aspx?id=PHL PHL had 14 specially built just for them. These are low emissions diesels, designed to keep pollution low in the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. PHL is an industry leader in low emissions diesels. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MPI_MP20C. I think it could be a rebuilt SD40-2, tho.

I caught PHL #63 napping after clearing sidings all morning:





In over a year coming down to the Iowa at least once a week, ofter two or three times a week, I have NEVER seen these two sidings totally clear:





Looks like MOW stuff going on. The siding you see up close to the trucks usually is full with miles of empty well cars, the line closer to the street usually is full with miles of intermodal (single and double stack).

X365-29 south coming up to Leipsic Jct. with CSX 12 "Spirit of Louisville" leading.

L75 coming through Leipsic in the early morning hours as the sun finally comes out. In the lead is NS 4641, an OLS GP59 with an ironic train of 59 coil cars.

65R is westbound with the ERIE thundercab leading.

Westbound 51R with the CoG GEVO leading past MP 309 at Swanton, OH.

Also Q324 had this at Perrysburg, OH

L75 with double SD40-2's and a wicked sounding leslie at Leipsic.

Q324 with a BNSF GEVO and a CSX Slug set at Tontogany, OH.
