eyein12 wrote:the video is called in a sequence ordained by RSC right before the game goes through its actual start up process, even tho there was a splash screen prior to the video. its not covering anything up in the background because its the only process running during that time. pressing the esc button only kills the vid. The next splash screen however is when the game loads up vital processes and verifies your version, scenarios etc..
