Just so the inexperienced ones know, the "ClientRegistry.blob" folder will reform itself and that is normal.
BTW, when searching for that folder in windows, it may be case sensitive.

I checked it quickly on my steam file, it's back. Oh well you can't always win.

It should be back. Just not stupid anymore. That's what was causing the problem. The updated one is working OK.
