Bogeys and drive wheels are two different shades of black/grey

That's right ... exactly as I've seen it in colour photos

EDIT: that said, the colours still need balancing, but I do that when the loco is nearer to completion, when I've got all the texture files done. I'll make the colour of the truck wheels closer to that of the drivers. I'll probably end up tweaking all the colours anyway to get the right balance, saturation, etc. Then there'll be the variants to do, and the different degrees of weathering ... so much still to do.
