I wanted to add stuff to the Amtrak Superliner from the P42DC Set from GtraX and possibly make a Cab Car, but how can i add stuff to a loco, i use 3DS Max 2010, do i open the Geo file? Could someone make a video? Special Thanks!

It's not possible. You will have to wait until RSC or someone else makes a cab car.

Then how did someone add Ditchlights to the UPY GP15 from the Regular GP15?

UPY 1588 has had child objects added, you cannot edit the original GEO file but you can add things to it.

Thats what i mean, how can i add child objects to locomotives?

Like adding ditchlights to locomotives instead of just adding loads to cars, but good help though

You are just about done kid.

A child is a child is a child. When I added ditch lights or beacons, or x y z to a locomotive I use the same process.
