Need old C&O logo

Does anyone know where I can find the C&O herald before they put the "for progress" in there? I need it to finish the C&O HW cars that are in the Pullman green. The yellow and blue ones are in final beta.

I thought the "For progress" logo was mostly on lightweight coaches

That's why I need the one before dummy. I am trying to do the Pullman green HW coaches like for the George Washington.

Just remove the "for progress" and the line intersecting the "O" in "C and O". IIRC, that was the only change when applied to rolling stock (1942 onward). The line through the "O" represented the smoke from a steam locomotive, with the "for progress" area simply being a thicker continuous line as the train.

Should the "C&O" be centered? I've never seen the older logo.

It doesn't matter to me. I'm just going to match the background to the car and paste it on.

Your are correct. I should have centered the logo in the Blue circle. I had just PS'd the "For Progress" out of the graphic and in my haste forgot to center it. Bad Me.
