You need to explore a little already. If you look in the BIN file you will see many lines similar to this one.
<GeometryID d:type="cDeltaString">Kuju\RailSimulatorUS\RailVehicles\Diesel\ES44AC\NE_Blue\Engine\[00]es44ac_black</GeometryID>
This particular line points to the GEO file. See there where it says NE_Blue? That is the name of the folder they are in. It used to say DEFAULT as I repainted the default engine of the set. So I had to go through the BIN file and rename the default to NE_Blue so the BIN file knows where all the parts of the engine are. If yours does not point to your new folder, then thats why you can not see anything.
Make a backup of the BIN file before you start hacking in it. But you have to try at least. In my Marine Corps Heavy Equipment training, my Gunny told me the best mechanic was the guy who had the balls to take it apart. Thats what you need to do, rip in to it. And learn from your mistakes. Then after you actually make an effort and still have problems someone will give you a hand. But you have to apply yourself a little or people will not want to help you.
