Cool 3-d Models, but seriously? $150?! You can have free file conversions, and I FOR SURE dont have the money to pay for it, but I want to know if its possible, and/or if someone would look into it. I have seen people even transfer rollingstock and locos from MSTS and TRAINZ. But how hard is it? These have AMAZING detail on the trucks on engine and cars, although the plow, and the paint job is kinda sketchy. These would be cool, but do any of you find it worth $150 to convert this to RW even IF its possible? !*don-know!*

Journal boxes on modern trucks?

Anyway the model is just a shell... and not a very good one at that. It would still take a lot of effort to give it a cab, windows, wipers... more, get the components correctly grouped and LOD's, and get it into the game.

Just think about it. If it were easy someone would have already done it.

These are "high-definition" models, meaning lots of polys, meaning big performance impact.
You don't want this in the game.

I'd looked in to converting a sd60 triclops model I'd found that was free but the poly count was huge and would basically of needed the whole model rebuilding to fix. I'll wait for eyeins version.
For 150 bucks I'd at least want an accurate model.

Nice modelling for something so far out of whack. Nevertheless, $150 is cheap by any standard.

$150.00 is cheap if you are going to make it playable and sell it for RW's expensive going rates for loco DLC. But, as has been said, you've got to be able to add the cab and all the working bits and pieces, plus sounds, smoke, lights, blueprints, etc. And aren't these 3DS Max models? That's a $3000 bill if you don't already have the program. Then you have to consider if the license that you are buying when you get the model allows you to sell it for profit.
