Is there any way to change how to lights are positioned on the NERW Norfolk Southern ES44? On ES44s, the main highlight is positioned below the cab. On the NS the main headlight is positioned above the cab like this. http://www.nslocos.com/ns8000b.jpg

I think that would require moving child objects in the bin file to move the postion at the lights shine from. As for moving the headlights it is going to depend on if they are child objects or built onto the model. Child objects again will require abit of editing if they are built onto the model there is not alot anyone can do about them. I'm sure those who are skilled in this kind of thing can tell you more.
