Help for a new guy to repainting (on RW)

Ok it feels really weird me asking this since I'm actually a more pro at repainting in MSTS. By now I'm wanting to get to doing the same in RW, but from looking at it, it's a LOT more complicated than MSTS. I did do some searching and so far I've gatthered I need something to convert the textures to .dds file and I'll need RWTools Pro. RWTools isn't a problem, but I have no idea where to find something that can convert the textures to .dds. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

To convert a texture file in RW to .dds use RSBintools
