Selkirk_Fan CPR 4-4-0 and CPR 2-8-0 needs bell sound

I found both Selkirk_Fan's CPR 4-4-0 and CPR 2-8-0 locomotives in the RW-2 library. I successfully install both to TS2013/Railworks4 Cecker\Selkirks folder. I am running both of the locos in scenarios on Michael Stephan's MC&SA1920 route. But I cannot make the bell to ring with either the HUD Icon or the Key-Board "B" key.

Is it possibe to add a swinging bell sound to these assets? Also, is it possible to edit the loco and tender numbers that are displayed on the sides?
