How to cfg. file a tender?

I have been looking around and have not been able to find how to cfg a tender. Specifically I wish to make the SP AC tender an actual tender for use behind another engine, the SPS 700. I want to run this on Tennessee.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'cfg a tender.' or 'make the SP AC tender an actual tender...'. Just couple the cab forward tender behind the 700. I tested it and it runs just fine. This would look great repainted as your D&RGW version!
