Cabview texture files

I am patching together an ES44 (default folder) which has the "Idle position" of the throttle handle.
I am taking the throttle handle from MontanaRails' CSX_YN3_ES44AC_v1.25 package which is available in the RWA file library.

However, which of the Cabview texture files actually has the throttle handle or perhaps the whole control stand?

There are 10 .TgPcDx files to choose from, I don't want my UP, Undec or any other units having CSX blue grab irons visible from through the windscreen.
