I think he says he made a passenger car but the doors open on both sides even with a platform only on one side. Look at some other cars, see how they're done. That's all I know to say.

Hi. Be sure to have two animation files, one for the left side doors and other for the right side doors. And hide all the undisired objects in the scene before export. That´s all I can think right now.

You should name it something like 1_0075_door01_l (left side) and 1_0075_door01_r (right side). The word "door" must be in the name. A couple of weeks ago I try to do it naming my doors "puerta" (door in spanish) and nothing works. Once I change the name it works fine. You could esport all doors for left side in one .ia file and all doors for right side in other .ia file.

If you have four doors on each side you should name it:

1_0075_door01_l
1_0075_door02_l
1_0075_door03_l
1_0075_door04_l
1_0075_door01_r
1_0075_door02_r
1_0075_door03_r
1_0075_door04_r

You could use any name for the exported files. Then in the blueprint, under Anim Set section you should add two animations and name the IDs Doors_l and Doors_r.
Later I will post a few screens of my blueprints.

These are screens from the Superliners blueprint.

Control Values Area

Cargo Component Area

In the cargo component area you should have four entries, one for each exit in your coach (two LHS and two RHS). The offset X and Y marks the position of each exit so you can see passengers getting out from the coach in from the doors.

It is hard to tell. Could you post screens of the blueprint and the select by name list?

I´m not sure if you are using the animation. If you see my screen in the animation name you can see the filename "doorleft.IA". I don´t see the ".IA" in your animation name.
