Haysi Coal Company Diesel

The Haysi Coal Company, located on a branch of the Clinchfield Railroad, used a F7B unit to switch coal loads and empties (see attached). Other than an extra porthole at one end, it looked like a normal B-unit. I can do the repaint work fairly easily, but I need someone to help with the operations side. Would anyone be willing to look at editing an F7B's bin file so we could use simple (keyboard) controls to operate the locomotive? That part is way above my pay grade.

It seems that the default Kuju F7B might be a good place to start, but I would be willing to work with any unit.
