G-Trax steeplecab for the Grand Bend Fabrication

Unread postby QcRail » Sun Dec 15, 2019 12:00 pm

I could not resist !*roll-laugh*!

A large industry as the Grand Bend Fabrication linked to the great Columbia Valley Pacific railway, would have invested in its own motive power (i.e. Inco, the large nickel producer in Sudbury, Ont. had such an independant rail network);

... Thus I fooled with the idea and ... love those hard working beavers !*YAAA*!

Yes I intended that Grand Bend have its own plant switchers. Your model looks good!

I lived in Levack Ontario as a kid and remember those INCO trains coming through town on the way to the CP spur adjacent to highway 144 which is shown in this picture. Maybe someday I will attempt to create this very short line from INCO mines to that spur.
