You have to PM either Bob or Chacal to upload content to the File Library.

The problem is not uploading files to the Library (although I'm ready to do so with my new repaints); the problem is with posting messages with or without photos to this FORUM
P.S. I'm not a newbie to this forum nor to the Library uploading procedure.
