The EOT flashes at certain times of the day, could there be a way to change the time that it flashes?

I can't speak for all, that's why I was wondering if there was a way that I could just customize it myself.
Around here the EOT's seem to usually flash from 4pm to 9am. I always loved watching the EOT flashing in the golden hour light

I'll take a look at changing it, you'll see it updated around the AC4400CWs release as we are working on packaging a CPT version with the cars that'll be released simultaneously.
