Power Boost for the PM Berkshire?

For some reason, the Pere Marquette Berkshire Rick Grout Released is rather anemic. It wasn't doing too hot hauling 6 cement hoppers and a caboose up a 1.0% grade, with me having to adjust the cutoff and throttle a considerable amount to maintain a speed of approx. 15 mph, and I eventually fell to zero when I lost a lot of boiler pressure.

I saw a power boost update for the NKP G-Trax Berkshires was released in the past. Could there be something like that for the PM Berkshire?

Failing that, how would I apply those power upgrades to the PM Berkshire?
