I've been playing around with Blender when I get a chance and here's my first effort.
I'm not putting this into freeware wip yet as there is a mountain of work still to do.
I'm also waiting for more close up pictures from a person in Canada as most of the pictures on the net are of the train moving fast.
Here's my effort of the CP Expressway articulated TOFC

First effort with Blender, I used 3DCrafter before.
So much easier to use once you get the hang of it.

Nice work you started there.

And a pleasant surprise. We need more modern cars for our premium intermodal services.

I agree, i'm going to be building an articulated spine car too once i find decent plans.
One thing that will slow down the expressway is i'll need to also build a load of trailers for it as the Canadians have rules regarding axle load and spacing.
This means a lot of 3 and 4 axle trailers.
