SP 1127 waiting at the signal for MILW 1216 to clear the crossover. The SP SW8 1127 switcher lived and worked in the Oakland, CA SP yards for many years before being sold to the 'Lewis and Clark' Railroad in Clark County, WA. When they went under, the Oregon Pacific Railroad bought it. Restoration is in progress.

Milwaukee SW9 1216 was assigned to the Hiawatha passenger yard in Chicago. Because of it's lofty job, it warranted a Hiawatha logo on each side at the front of the hood and was always kept spotlessly clean.
Both of these little girls are packed and ready to upload, but to avoid the wrath of the admin, I'll wait a few days before putting him back to work.
