Just had a request for someone who knows what their doing when making repaints. I would love a repaint of the SD70ACe in the Montana Rail link paint scheme. If anyone would be willing to make it, that would be so awesome. I have been wanting for one ever since the SD70ACe came out.

I agree, I would love this paint scheme so much. It would look good with the MRL SD40 repaint thats out. Unfortunately I am no good at repaints and stuff, plus there are some very talented people that could do a great job on this. Better then I could ever do.

He'd done all the great new repaints for the SD70 packs. He's talented.

I might just do that. I have all of his repaints. They are amazing!!! Thats for sure. He does some amazing work. Thank you for the idea.

maby we could ask for a set, so far we could repaint these in MRL: SD70ACe, SD40-2, GP9, SW1200, GP7, SW1500 for locomotives!
we would also need some freightcars to go with them! maby some boxcars, centerflow hoppers, 4 bay hoppers, cabooses, 2 bay hoppers, etc......
i like MRL so i hope these get repainted into MRL!

That would be awesome. I also love MRL and a set like that would be amazing!!!!! Then we just need an MRL route to run it on.

Well I sure hope we get these repaints.

dosen't MRL run over Maria's pass with trackage rights? that route is a WIP right now!

Only for detour trains. When MRL were rebuilding the summit tunnel on Mullan Pass and the resulting cave-in happened, MRL had to detour for a while over Marias Pass.

So in theory you could run MRL equipment on Marias Pass. I would love to take a MRL SD70ACe over Marias Pass.

well it is not a SD70ACe but it is an MRL SD nontheless!

Yeah I love those repaints. I use them a ton. But it would be cool to have some MRL rolling stock too with these engines. Great pictures though. Maybe someday we can buddy up some of those with MRL SD70ACE.
