Removing PRR Antennas

Unread postby RickKfoury » Wed Jan 14, 2015 12:52 pm

Is it possible to remove or hide the PRR Antennas from the Horseshoe Curve GP7 and F7 for the purpose of repainting? If so, would it involve just changing the alpha? The F7 from the Horseshoe curve is one of the only F7 models I have seen that does not have the secondary headlight, which would make it a great model for railroads whose F7s did not feature them.

It depends on how it was modeled.
If the antenna is a child, it should be easy.
Open the geopcdx file in RW-Tools and explore the structure of the model.

Ah, too bad. Well I think there is a livery add-on for the GN Empire Builder F7 which is a freight version with only one headlight, that might be worth checking out.
