New Amfleet Cars

Feeling better! I'm working on finer details. Did the step plate and bottom half (below the red stripe) where it's usually a more worn flat metal instead of the shiny stainless. Got the Northeast Regional logo on the Cafe car.

Gonna play with the but end now and also try to sharpen those small fonts and Amtrak logo up by cutting the letters/logo out of the color layer and brightening the under base layer.. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. :)





edit: Argh.. Stupid Amtrak logo is on the wrong end.. I suck!

Thanks David but I really didn't do a whole lot. Just some paint, minor filth and created a new alpha.

Love the AmCans. Hopefully they'll be around another 30+ years.

Improvements will be coming.

After getting some practice today I gave the amfleet ribs a new (less tall) bump map. This helps a ton at a distance yet even close there is no significant difference that doesn't still make it look like an Amfleet. Gotta clean up some stranglers (you may barely notice a raise up "cafe" logo in the blue :) )
