I could do that... (Edit: oops the headlight arrangement would be wrong with that lettering) Now, I finally!!! got the color where I wanted.

I probably will letter the A units for Burlington as well, that way they'll work for several different trains.

The passenger set will have 'Texas Zephyr' names on the sleepers and lounge cars.

Mike,

Could you also do a California Zephyr set?

Since the cars are the same except for the names on the sleepers, probably. I have your CNW stock car done (it's in the back of the pic of the SP) except for packaging.

Yes, I know about both AWVR skins. I'm just not having any luck with reskinning. Can't seem to get them to work. Followed the readme to the letter, they just don't like me I guess. !*don-know!*

I don't know exactly what you mean by "Can't seem to get them to work", but you jogged my memory that I had a hard time getting them to show up in the scaenario editor list, and in the process I stumbled on a little trick. Now whenever I download something that requires a manual install of the files, I copy them into the assests folder(then place the appropriate *.geopcdx files etc....) then I run an *.rwp file, any one, one that I've already installed. It seems to make Railworks look for new things in the assets folder. Then the "missing" things show up in the list.
Hope this helps.

Thanks! I decided to try something new this time and I'm creating a bump map for the E7 to make a new zephyr locomotive.

Very much a WIP, because so far, the correct color is eluding me, and I need to do a bit more on the bump (soften the ribs and harden the rest) map... I was amazed that the model does draw on the extruded surface properly. The nameplate can be Burlington, SIlver Zephyr (actually an E6), Texas Zephyr, etc.

Mike, drop me private message. I may be able to guide you to the right color...

E7s are through QA and ready, the Ribside cars need a bit more TLC, but close. I can leave the locos named 'Silver Zephyr' and possibly add a second A set lettered for the 'Texas Zephyr' or I could just letter them 'Burlington', what do you guys think?

The SP GP38-2 paint is done and looks really sharp! PapaExpress is doing the Roman style dynamic number set for it and it will be ready soon. If I have time before my surgery, I'll assemble and release the new GP 38-2 paint templates.

Trevor's CNW stock car needs packaged, but soon to be released.

I'll just be wrapping stuff up for now, so the request list will be on hold for a while.

Thanks Harry, I hope it goes well too.

Hawk now has the Zephyr package and the CNW stockcar. I furnished 4 drumheads so you can have 4 different trains.
