Thanks for your support guys.
Here is another version. Same base unit but with some rust and oils streak here and there. A more dirty one will come next.
Please let me know what you think about this one.

Too yellow on my monitor. See my real world example.

Finding the "right" armor yellow is hard as there is many variation due to grime, dust, light and so on. Depending on pics and sun orientation, nose seems to be more yellow than side and so on.
I used the RAL to RGB converter to have something approaching.

You can look there : http://utahrails.net/up/up-paint-html.php
And you will find there's no unique Armor Yellow. So add those to those in service (used paint, dust, and so on) to your monitor color and I think you will never have the perfect Armor yellow. But amongst all those possibilities, you will see one day the one you think to be the closest to what you think it must be. And one day, I will see the one I think is the closest to what I think it must be. And so on for almost everybody. That's my two cent opinion. But I may be wrong and you may be right.

The 'light' weathering is fantastic! Its a great balance between the 'default' Kuju units, and as they were new in the 70's. I really like how you faded out the red stripe below the dynamic brake blister.

So I have made three more UP that will serve as basic base for creating personalised version as the two other. I hope to be abble to do four version on each base. Each of them with minor differencies. Note that trucks, tanks and undercariage textures are not definitive one. The dirty version is not finished yet.

Thanks Boosted Fridge. I like this kind of détails and I am happy you saw it !!*ok*!!

If you have any suggestion, please do not hesitate. Next on the To Do list are CSX and Conrail units.

Does someone know if it's possible to use the CSX YN3 model from NEC extension and the Dash8 from Miami route ? Thanks.

Interesting conversation here.
I always thought that despite their age, the old Default U.P. engines that came with Cajon Pass were really nice textures. I've never wanted to replace them. I do have a reskin for those that came out of the file library that I Iove, of the old Santa Fe Yellow Bonnet scheme.
New build. i7-7700k, MSI Z270 Gaming M5 Mobo, Hyper 212 Evo, Corsair DDR4 3200 Mhz RAM, Klipsch Pro Mediea 2.1 Speakers, Samsung 850 Evo SSD, HAF XM Case, Asus Strix GTX 1070 and Cooler Master Storm XT Keyboard.
Slick with Pretty Rainbow Colors.

Buzz456, I guess you will (maybe) appreciate this one a bit more than other unit I have made...
I will have to find where are the rear number board and class lights textures and make them match hood colors.
And make this 2999 a little bit more shiny.
Once again, do not hesitate to comment. Critics are usefull when constructive.

Here's a good comparison photo from the front. Nothing wrong that I can see, but then again, I'm not too familiar with SD40-2's.
