Not sure if this should be in here, but here goes: Has anyone gotten this message before: #-2147221502 - Result Not a Solid Object. Try adjusting the position of the tool, or optimizing the geometry of the target and tool.
If you guys have, now was it remedied? I've tried moving things around and thought I redid the geometry... I'm baffled on this one..
Thanks in advance.

I have seen this message once. I was unable to work around it, and reverted to a backup copy.

You "might" have given my an idea how to fix the issue. I have a part that is refusing to be subtracted. I might remove the faces of that object, and then bring in a repaired part in place of the removed object. Not sure it's gonna work, but worth a shot... Thanks for the assistance.
