Justin Cornell's GP-38, Looking for original

It appears that all the GP38-2 repaints are based on Justin Cornell's GP39 shape files. Where can I find the original?

Thanks muchly. Exactly what I was looking for. I also found 'bnsf38.zip' on TrainSim library. But your reference is better.
