Building Car Sets

I'm considering making a spine car for TS2013 to go along with the route I'm slowly building as they are quite prevalent. My question is can a car set be made that articulates in multiple places and shares trucks between cars without having to "build" the car in the scenario editor?

yea, as far as i know you will have to buld it in pieces, although with the added function in the world editor you can have a pre bult one in your train list. (the section where you would save a constructed train to in the editor or where the quickdrive trains show up for you to pick from)
