TS Tools provides an texture viewer.
Is there any utility providing a 3d view (as S Viewer used to do in MSTS?)

The RS Dev Tools provides the Asset Editor, 50% of this application is a 3D Preview window allowing you to view models at different times of the day, in different seasons and with animation running or not.
