SW1500 cab view

Unread postby Derek » Wed Sep 23, 2009 1:54 am

Hi,

Less than 2 week before Sly and I set out our little 12 hour task. I was wondering if anyone had any images of a SW1500 cab?

Once I have made the loco, I will make a cab. Once I have done both I will add the loco to the core sim so that everyone gets it. This is a personal project but will be part of a steam update and not payware.

regards

Derek

Hi,
I found this:
http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=629562
not exactly view of interior, but engineer's view and nice details on hood are visible.

Few details of SP variant:

thank you,

Some great images there.

I think I have enough for the loco.
Hopefully someone will be able to get in a cab and get a few pics of the controls and dials afterwards.

2 days till the showdown and I've not been able to put any sleep in the bank!
I'm gonna get tired!

Hi,

Some of it is hard work, some of it is a joy.
My only real complaint is I don't have enough time to work on all the things I want to.

I'm looking forward to 12 hours working on this loco. I'm not sure it will be finished in 12 hours, I'm sure there will be bits I'll have to come back and address.

I am just about to set up the 7 core basic objects so I can setup the xml. (4 cylinders for wheels/2 boxes for bogies and 1 box for the loco.

It will be fun if nothing else.
Tomorrow night I'll have to get to bed early! stock up on redbull and coffee.
I have taken a days holiday on the friday to sleep!
