You can edit a Locomotive Model?

I write this message because I have the BNSF Racetrack Route but I don't like the size of the Metra Wagons and the size of the Locomotive can be edited The 3D Model of the Wagons to fit the height of the Locomotive and if possible what Program should i use to Edit

Not possible with existing tools.
You would need the source shape file.
