You have made four posts on the forum. Every one of them was complaining or criticizing something. We like this to be a positive kind of place. Let's keep it that way. !!**sorry**!!

While I was trying to be fair and reasonable with my comments, I can see how all of them collected together can create a negative impression.

I'll try to post more positive comments. - The overall J3a model is still excellent, and one of the better modeled (freeware?) locomotives for Railworks.

Regarding the route, as long as it captures the overall feel and is reasonable accurate, I'm good with it.

Not to put to fine a point on this but if you have 'suggestions' or comments on someones creation you might consider sending them a PM if you think something needs to be 'fixed.

It never bothers me to have a suggestion added in open forum as it may help someone else in the process. I think all things about design should be out in the open, so anyone can learn.

Hi guys...

Thought I would post an example of what I was trying to explain in my post re exhaust plume etc. https://youtu.be/cFtuwROWXhs Not sure what is involved or how after all this time developers have managed to improve this, but glad they have...

First of all, thanks for the demo on what you were talking about. B. Myself, I am not a big fan of dark smoke, I like smoke that changes as things change within the locomotive, white to grey to black and such. 3. I was only impressed by one of those situations in your video. So, I guess we would have to say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or in this case, the builder. Thanks for the input.

I thought I might show the Hudson and the Water Level Route as they stand to this date. This video is of two J3as, a standard version and the streamlined Dreyfuss version, Hudson and is not intended to be a in-depth look at the locomotives but more or less to show the progress of the locomotives. The special effects, like smoke, coupling and detailed operations of the locomotives can somewhat be seen in the video. The video also covers the route as it stands to date for the release of the whole package. I am the only one working on the route at this time, so bear with me. The video is presented below. The locomotives are a collaboration of Darlan Gomes and RailWanderer, and the route RailWanderer and Jonathan Peters,jr.

Thanks Boosted, if it wasn't for your help this route would have never gotten off the ground, so to speak. Thank you Sir. you have always been an inspiration for me.

Thanks my Friend, you told me once that you thought taking on this route might be a huge challenge, and you were right, but you never really discouraged me. Thank you for the support.

Thanks Kevin, I have known you from the MSFS days, and we have worked together on projects, your support is very much appreciated. My pleasure on the video.

I have one or two young fellows that want to learn and are taking their time to learn from me, not that I am any expert, but their help will be appreciated as soon as they come up to speed. Carter has joined the team and I think he will work out fine. We were looking at a mid-summer release date, but some set backs have changed things. At one point I had a hard drive problem and we had thought we lost the route, but being a save freak it was recovered with major modifications. It has been an uphill battle most times.

Darlan has worked very hard at making the Hudson a reality, and has done some tremendously awesome work, and me for one certainly do appreciate his time and effort. He deserve praise for his work. I know you all who are interested are looking forward to operating his locomotive masterpieces.

Also, in the video is a bit of eye candy which you may have missed, an Easter Egg of sorts, so you may want to look for it.

Again, thanks for all the encouragement and we will keep moving forward on this project. I plan to make a route thread soon to cover just the route improvements.
