can i remove the rear ditch light cones off sd70ace up heritage unites or no?

What do you mean?

Having the ditch lights visibly on but not casting a visible light cone on the tracks in front?

ya or remove the cone all together

has anyone ever fixed the flashing lens on ditch lights? liek on the southern pacific sd70ace the flashing lens light is clear and not white like the top headlamp
