Coding Woes

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there was anyone out there who might be able to help me with coding, or more so editing a code for the U-Bahn Frankfurt U-25 train. What I want to do is make it so that when I turn on the hazard lights, a bell (like the ones found on UTA TRAX or the Sacramento Light Rail) sounds. My problem is that I have no idea how to add this code/write the code but I have been able to find where it would go. Any help would be greatly appreciated; thanks!
