I just uploaded an Arkansas-Oklahoma reskin of the G-Trax GP40. When you can download it, why not take a look at my .bin file edits with RW Tools. I can't tell you how many times I've overlooked a minor detail that makes a major difference. Be patient. It's worth the time to see your reskins in the sim.

I'll have to look at more .bin files to pinpoint the problem. I must have incorrectly edited the GEOPCDX, or the .bin file. However, I'm putting TS2015 on hold for the time being.
