I aint bothered what year this thread's from, that's totally unimportant, what is vital is that this sort of information is investigated for our TS2015 to go forward into the future, that's why exhaust smoke has been a major upgrade for folks at Just Trains and SteamSoundsSupreme to apply into their British Payware locomotives, we need to know if this can be applied to freeware content and Steam DLC, to enable us to get better plumes on our modern and old diesels, something that we could never change on MSTS content, I want it on my American locos as well as British and European, this is ground breaking stuff Papa, it's not to be sneezed at.

XDriver knows all about how to alter smoke. I did a bunch of beta testing for him on changes he made to various locomotives. It's not a real mystery.
