I gave up because there was very little interest in it, it was taking far too much time to write (and what you see here barely scratches the surface) and I had more pressing matters to attend to (the FEF-3 for one).

Well I would like to have you help build my project (UP MT-73 4-8-2) I want to be able to get it made and sold with in 24 months from now.

You'll need to spend some time learning the ropes of 3D modeling, so I recommend looking through Youtube videos and work on smaller projects before tackling something as complicated as a steam locomotive. Like everything else, 3D modeling takes practice and experience to do right, especially something you're looking to sell.

And besides, if you're going to sell a model, it litterally needs to be perfect in every part, needs to look perfect and also run perfect, as well as sound perfect.

I would requemend starting with something simpler, so that you can get better at modeling, and never try to sell a model until you know that you can model perfectly, just like a professional since bad models for sale don't usually get very good feedback and you might get someone wanting their money back because they wasn't very happy with the model, more like heavily disappointed.

I recommend starting with a rock.
If you can get a rock modeled, textured, shaded, imported in the game with correct physics and sounds, with maybe a QD scenario or two, maybe you are one of the few who can pull it through.
