There's all kinds of tutorials around. Read them and then you can ask some questions. There are a lot of posts about what's needed.

Look I don't want to give you a bad time but you sure didn't look very hard. Do you know how to do a Google search? Try goggling this. re-painting for railworks..........I got six hits on the first page.

Well, y'all didn't look very far: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=9904 Between the file library here, and the info in the sections at the top of RWA's main page, there is a bunch of stuff to help all you young Padawans in your quests.
