Looking for rolling stock

Unread postby railduffer » Thu Mar 27, 2014 9:17 am

I am not a designer. I have no clue about repainting. I would like to find 40 ft. C&O hoppers such as the hoppers in the NYC-PLE 40-50 ton Hopper pack. This could possibly be done by repainting these.
Also, does anyone know where I could find steam era (Ice Hatches) 40 ft. "Pacific Fruit Express" Refrigerator cars? Also, More C&O steam power would be great. The engines are very distinctive.
I am trying to prepare for Toripony's COA 5.0 Route.
Thanks to all.

I know Dick Cowen (BriKits) has a Reefer of that vintage. The hopper we can fix you up with but it seems to me there is one kicking around from somewhere already. Do you have the G-Trax Berkshire? There is a Kanawha version if you have the base model.

Thanks Buzz.
There are several refer packs available. One is from Michael Calvin, and one from Greatnortherner. Neither appear to have a PFE 40' refer. I have downloaded these.
I'm really not interested in the SP Cab Forward. All I really want is the refer. For now I'll make do with what I have.
I already have the NP Berkshire from G-Trax, and have added the change to C&O.
Again, I did not find the C&O Hopper anywhere, so any help you can give me with the hopper would be appreciated.
Thanks Again
