Editing the proxyxml

Unread postby SithMurcielago » Sat Jul 13, 2013 3:26 pm

Hey guys & Gals

I been working since last night to do new superliner sounds for the F40PHPack from RSC. The only problem I have is lowering the volume so it seems more realistic. Does anyone know what line or variable in the proxyxml file controls volume?

Thanks Alot!

Hope you don't mind me moving this. It's liable to get completely lost with the sale going on.

Look for this line in the sound string.

<BaseVolume d:type="sFloat32">1.000000</BaseVolume>

0.500000 would be half volume.

Thanks alot! Also how do you change the speed at which a new sound like a clack comes in and the timing. I like it to come in maybe every minute or minute and a half?

All of this is in the developer docs that you can download from the RSC website, at the bottom of the support page.
